Proceed to download & install the app on your iPhone, Android, or Windows phone. When you have created your account and installed the app - launch the app! You will see a login prompt where you can sign in with the credentials you just provided during the signup process. Once you are logged in the next step will be to set up your preferred payment method such as a valid credit card or by linking your PayPal account. Note: This allows for a cash-free environment. You'll only be charged when you ride. Now you're ready! Whenever you need a ride; Simply open up the Uzaprice app on your phone, ensure the pickup location is where you are now, select the car service you desire (from the bottom), tap "Set Pickup Location", then confirm by tapping "Tap To Request". *You must be at least 18 years old to ride with UZAPRICE (21+ to drive). The main car services that you're likely to see are uzaprice Go, uzaprice Premium, Uzaprice Luxury, Uzaprice LuxuryXL & Uzaprice Boda. For Drivers: Becoming an Uzaprice driver Driving for Uzaprice lets you be your own boss, set your own hours, and earn a nominal wage - all in the comfort of your own vehicle. Many drivers also love how they get to meet tons of new people in their city :) You must be at least 21 years old to become a driver. You also must own/have access to a good condition 4-door vehicle. The actual model and year requirements vary by car service & city-specific requirements - but it's safe to say that your car cannot be older than 2006 (in any city). Whether it's the fact that UZAPRICE continues tracking your location after a ride has ended, or you've had a bad experience with a driver or you're just done testing out the ride-sharing service, you can delete your account, but it takes some work on your part. Simply deleting the app from your phone will eliminate it as an option the next time you're in need of a ride, but your account will remain active. To complete your boycott, first you'll want to delete your UZAPRICE account.

The Uzaprice vendor app The UZAPRICE vendor app is the key to driving for UZAPRICE Once you get approved to drive, you should immediately download the UZAPRICE driver app from the iTunes store, Google Play or whatever store is available to your mobile device. When it downloads, open it up and you’ll see the main page. This is what is called the Uzaprice driver Portal. You will have to log in with your driver details to use all the features. You will find an account page with details of your recent trip, money earned, insurance information, and so on. . Trip process The process to pick up and drop off passengers is easy, and takes minimal effort for a driver to do. It typically involves only a few steps. Make sure you follow these steps, otherwise you may end up messing up the ride. The UZAPRICE team is great at solving problems, but they don’t like driver mistakes because it takes away from the user experience. Tap to arrive and tap to drop off When you turn on your UZAPRICE app, press ‘go online’ to list yourself as available for pickups. UZAPRICE users in the area will see the closest cars first. Be warned: when someone requests your car, you only have 15 seconds to decide if you want to accept. Think it over carefully but quickly and be sure that you can make the journey. The rider’s name and rating will appear above a map marker to show you where to go and how long it will take. Next you simply drive to the location given! Your app and the passenger’s app will both show your progress and ETA on the map. Once you arrive, tap the app to tell it that you’ve arrived. Remember to wait until your passenger is ready to go before you officially begin the trip, or you may overcharge them. After you drop off your passenger, tap the app to tell it that the drop off has been made. Then, you’ll get your chance to rate the trip. Pro tip: Don’t forget to start the trip once you pick up a passenger. It is easy to get confused, and think you started the trip because you have to press a button to inform the rider you have arrived. Just remember to take the additional step AFTER that and begin the tip. Pay statements and ride fares Tapping your app at arrival and drop off is important for your ride fares. The taps work like time stamps, telling UZAPRICE how long your journey was and how much the passenger needs to pay. The payment amount will be calculated from this information immediately. Payment happens automatically but your pay statements will still be saved for your records. You’ll then be offered a chance to rate your passenger. Both the passenger and the driver have a chance to rate each other with 1-5 stars and even leave comments. This two-way system ensures that everyone is happy and fair. Remember, if your rating drops too low, you may have your driver status reviewed by UZAPRICE. Why use GPS navigation? The benefit of this technology is to accurately track the location of a driver and passenger. Look at the service from the passenger’s point of view. You open the app and thanks to GPS, you can see exactly where all the local drivers are. That allows you to pick the closest possible. Then, you get to watch as your driver makes his or her way to you. The GPS data can also track the ETA or estimated time of arrival. For a driver, you also get a very accurate reading of where the passenger is waiting for you, as well as a route calculated with mapping software. GPS speeds up the process a lot! Compare it with traditional taxi companies which rely on a description of a pickup spot given over the phone. The driver can find it hard to locate the pickup spot and the passenger has no idea where the taxi is, or even if they’re on the way. Because GPS tells the passenger how close you are, it’s important to be in the car and ready to go before you accept a fare. That way, you reduce the risk of being late and getting a low rating.
