Creating an UzaPrice account requires a valid email address and phone number. You'll also need to create a password and agree to terms and conditions and our privacy notice. Fill in your first and last name, phone number, and preferred language. Once you complete this part of the signup process, we send a text SMS to verify your phone number. Next, enter your payment information. Adding a credit card or debit card number allows your trip fares to be automatically charged after each ride. Please note that we cannot accept prepaid cards. After you provide this info, we'll send an email to confirm your account registration. Once you confirm, you'll be able to use your app to request a ride.

Update personal information To update your name, email, phone number, or password for your UzaPrice rider account: 1. Open the app menu and tap "Settings" 2. Tap the bar that displays your name, phone number, and email 3. Tap the detail you want to change and enter the updated information 4. Make your updates and click "Save" CONFIRMING ACCOUNT CHANGES We use verification codes to help ensure you're the one making changes to your account. Here's what to expect based on the details you change: - Phone number: you'll receive a verification code via text message. Enter the code in your app to confirm the change. - Email (iOS only): we'll email you a verification code to your new address. Enter the code in your app to confirm the change. We'll also send a notification email to your old email address. If you don't receive an email, check your spam or junk folders and the spelling on your email address before requesting another code. If you're still not receiving the verification code, tap "I'm having trouble." - Password: you'll be prompted to enter your current password in the app. Passwords must be at least 5 characters long.

Uploading documents To upload documents, use your app or sign in to visit your partner dashboard. When you upload an image, make sure: - the document image is clear - all text is legible - all 4 corners of the document are visible Uploaded documents generally require 1-5 days for review

How to start receiving ride requests 1. When you’re ready to drive, just tap GO ONLINE. The app will start looking for requests from riders near you. 2. You’ll see the destination and fare upfront, so you’ll know where a trip will take you and what you can expect to earn. If the details look good, tap to accept the trip. 3. You can navigate to your rider any way you choose. The Driver app offers navigation as an option. 4. Once you’ve picked up a rider, slide the start trip button. You can navigate to their destination any way you or your rider want. 5. When you reach the destination, slide the complete trip button.
